Reiki [ray-key] is an ancient healing art which works on the principle that we can draw on the Universal life force energy to initiate and promote healing.
This Usui method of Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive process that balances the four body energy systems- the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki puts the body in a calm and relaxed state allowing the immune system to function at its highest capacity. This natural healing modality reduces stress while providing deep relaxation and greater well-being. Reiki can help relieve pain, balance emotions, and enhance mental clarity and creativity as well as facilitate personal healing and spiritual growth.
The healing sessions are approximately one hour and may include hands on or off the body. Marg’s nurturing style will put you at ease as you remain fully clothed on the massage table, throughout the treatment.
Reflexology can also be added to your treatment to enhance the healing affects. During a reflexology session pressure is applied to different areas of the feet which stimulate every part, organ and gland of the body. By manipulating these reflexes your body relieves tension, improves circulation and restores its natural equilibrium.

Reiki Training
Reiki Level I –The Alignment Call or email for date information
The first level of Reiki training is a very powerful day as the four attunements that take place are very cleansing and will align the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. This allows the integration of the healing energies through your own energy system which then enables you to facilitate healing for yourself and others. You will also learn the history and interesting information relating to Reiki. As well, there will be time for practicing this powerful healing modality with other students.
Reiki I is a one-day course and a Reiki Level I certificate will be provided. The cost is $200.00. Classes run throughout the year, please email or call for dates.
Reiki II- The Keys
The second level of Reiki training is a fun day that includes an additional attunement which enhances your psychic abilities and intuition. You will receive information on the many uses of Reiki as well as the sacred symbols or keys for tapping into the full potential of the energy. You will also learn how to send the healing energy to anyone, anywhere on the planet and also to the past and to the future. At this level you are qualified to begin your own Reiki practice if you wish to.
Reiki II is a one day course and a Reiki Level II certificate will be provided. The cost is $250.00. Classes run throughout the year, please email or call for dates.
Reiki III-The Gateway
This is the next step towards mastery and it provides an opportunity to do some energy clearing, healing and to work on more in-depth healing practices and techniques. The day includes a powerful, yet intimate group healing session that will raise your vibration to another level.
Reiki III is a one day course and a Reiki III certificate will be provided. The cost is $270.00
Reiki Mastery Training
This exciting personalized apprenticeship program will take several months to complete and will include ongoing healing sessions, personal instruction and support. This mentorship program is designed to help you step into your own personal mastery where you will look at what is not working in your life and as you clear away the ‘old’ and bring in the ‘new’ you can begin to live the life you’ve always dreamed of.
