Introductory Meditation [6-week course]

Learn tools to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body. Each week we will begin with a grounding meditation and then practice ancient techniques to calm and still our minds. You will let go of your outside world and go inward to find peace and stillness, it is like a mini retreat.                    Dates: To be announced  [6-weeks]

Drop-in Meditation Class

Come out and join like-minded people while we practice meditation tools to calm and rejuvenate our mind and bodies.

Date: Last Thursday of each month  Time: 7:30-9 pm  Cost: $20

Meditation and Chakra courses

Marg offers Meditation courses throughout the year. Join with like-minded people to learn relaxation and meditation techniques. You will be given some tools to help you still your mind and bring a sense of peace and harmony into your every day living. Meditation courses run for approximately eight weeks.

During the eight week Chakra/Meditation course you will have fun discovering the charkas, which are energy centers in the body.  Each Chakra has a specific colour, essential oil, gemstone and other attributes, this makes it interesting to find out which energy center is weaker or stronger within your own body. You will also receive the benefits of clearing your Chakras through meditation which calms the nervous system and relaxes the body.

Daily Yoga Practice

Begin a Yoga daily practice. Explore what poses would be best for you and enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of Yoga.

Restorative Yoga

Give yourself a treat!! During this class your body and mind will deeply release and allow healing mentally, physically and emotionally.

Relaxation and breathing techniques

Do you find it difficult to relax?  This workshop will give you tools to truly let go and be in the moment.  You will love this deep relaxation.

Join this class to find ways to become healthier and happier.
