Meditation and Chakra courses
Marg offers Meditation and or Chakra courses throughout the year. Join with like-minded people to learn relaxation and meditation techniques. You will be given some tools to help you still your mind and bring a sense of peace and harmony into your every day living. Meditation courses run for eight weeks and are approximately two hours in length.
During the eight week Chakra course you will have fun discovering the charkas, which are energy centers in the body. You will receive the benefits of the meditation which calms the nervous system and relaxes the body. Also, the yoga poses that are connected to each charka will be explored.
